4 Reasons You Might Not Be Hitting Your Goals

Are things a little funky? Are you not hitting your numbers or are your appointments set low? What is going on?

There are 4 things you should evaluate.

1. Number of contacts

This seems super simple and basic but check it!

One time my manager came up to me and asked, “What’s up? Your numbers seem off today, what is going on?” I told her, “I think it is it because of the snow.” It wasn’t because of the snow. My manager pulled up my numbers, and we saw my number of calls had drastically dropped!

If you are experiencing a moment where your appointments set are not where they need to be, STOP and check. Is your contact number where it needs to be, for where you want to go?

2. Check your lead source

Has your lead source changed? Are you testing out a new lead source?

This can dramatically affect where your appointments set ratio is.

3. Skill Set

Have you gotten away from scripting?

Looking at your conversion ratio, you should be 5% or higher for contact to set. 1 out of 20 contacts across all lead sources should be turned into an appointment.

If you are not there, ask yourself, “Have you got away from a script or language pattern that you know works?” If so, get back in alignment with that pattern.

4. Mindset

This is the most important and can alone overcome the first 3 things.

Where is your mindset, are you tanking?

A lot of times it is rooted in your morning routine. Have you changed something where you are not working out, or your diet, what has changed? Have you abandoned your affirmations?

Your mindset is the most significant factor in our success!
