4 Steps of Goal Setting: Part 3

October 1st is only a couple of days away, and we want to make sure that we have our 2022 goals nailed down. Previously, I’ve shared with you steps 1 and 2 from the 4 Steps of Goal Setting as described in the book: Living Forward by Daniel Harkavy and Michael S. Hyatt. Here’s a quick recap:

Step 1: Figure out who you want to be

Step 2: Analyze the gap

Once you know your end goal and how big the gap is from where you are to where you want to be, it’s now time to go into detail and figure out how you’re going to get there.

Step 3: List your action items

For your financial goals next year, do you know how many closings will achieve that? And based on your conversion ratios, how many appointments do you need to set to get that many closings?

Knowing this will help you plan a detailed action plan to bring you closer to your goals.
