How to Live Forward
Have you ever found yourself focusing too much on the things you want to accomplish only to realize that you have become someone you don’t like to be?
Watch this video to learn how you can bridge the gap between who you are right now and how you want to be remembered at the end of your life.
.
As we enter the last quarter of 2020, a lot of us are starting to prepare for the next year. This is also the perfect time to do some reflection not only for our careers but for our personal lives as well. Some would start off with lists they’d like to accomplish for the future but without the end in mind, it’s easy to get lost. Which is why I recommend the book: Living Forward by Michael Hyatt and Daniel Harkavy. I read this book at least once a year, usually around this time when I do my reflection. It has made me focus on which aspects of my life really matter to me and it has changed my life for the better.
After you read the book, I encourage you to write down who you want to become in 2021. Then start creating a “to-be” list as opposed to a “to-do” list. After all, we are human BEings, not human DOings. Let me know how this activity went for you and I’d love to know how your list turns out.
Much Respect,
Anna
